If you go to Google, there's an image of a mouse popping out of a little door.

If you click it, you get sent here : http://www.google.com/doodle10.html

Anyone want to speculate on what the hell its all about?

My guess : Something to do with the AOL purchase they just made and the cross function AIM will get with Google Talk as a "present" to everyone for the holidays.

"all through the house, not a single thing stired, not even a mouse."
And he's wrapping a gift.

Happy Christmas.

I'm going to have to agree that it is a Christmas reference.
Ok, I get the Christmas reference, but not the gift wrapping. It looks like he's peeking out of a small door (KNYTE's house?).

In any event, whats 2. ????

I don't see the wrapping thing. It looks to me more like he is peeking out of a door.

And 2 is simply a sign that they will have more doodles to come.

Because AOL is a total suck company and Google does not suck

a %100 purchase of AOL by Google takes them from company status to a group status within Google, making them only kind of suck which is far better than total suck

I don't think Google would make the mistake of purchasing all of AOL
