Sometimes they have been caught pulling chickens out that are done and sticking in fresh ones and letting it roll. Meaning that some cooked ones might go to a customer with fairly fresh dips on them from the new recruits(chickens). Boston Market gets nailed on that all the time. Fucktards are supposed to only do full batches to completion.

I remember in college grilling food. Take plate with raw food out to grill. put food on grill with tongs. rotate half-way through with tongs. When done, return grilled food to raw food plate with tongs. Consume said cooked meat.

I don't ever recall getting sick.

But I'll be damned, once I had a kid, I became a food contamination nazi.
