Awesome. I made a pinhole box.

One of my co-workers did the best one. Put his cellphone in selfie mode, and reflected the sun off the phone screen onto his face. Has a picture of the eclipse projected onto his cheek.

Yeah, I work my ass off but they take care of us. Great owner. They do cool stuff like that a lot. It was cool too because I was in a really pissy mood going back to work after my vacation. So it actually lightened my mood a little

You can usually get away with a smokebox on a grill if you don't use them often.

I know, we do that all the time. That's not nearly as fun, and is more work.

Again, though, using them for one or two days a year I'd still look for an alternative like borrowing from a friend. That's me though.
