In anticipation for the SB Atlanta built a pedestrian bridge that connects the transist stop to the stadium. It was so people didn’t have to walk across 4 lanes. It started at 10mil of tax money. They were worried it wasn’t going to be done in time as well as wanted a bunch of design upgrades and LED lighting etc to show off the city. That cost another 13mil in tax money. So it’s finished for a total cost of 23mil in tax money. Now this week the FBI and security team closed it and won’t allow people in because they see it as a potential security risk with inability to control it. 23mil wasted. Keep on winning ATL.
