some do - but none of them understand chemistry. it's pointless.

the whole wine tasting bollox was mostly invented in the 90's due to declining alcohol sales, this was the only time 'tasting' exploded due to shows like 'Food and Drink' on TV. Alcopops with caffeine saved the alcohol industry, otherwise they'd still be in massive decline today.
