Seriously, you make it sound like this woman is the only one on earth who can do her job. If such a complete retard is doing that work, then you can certainly put an ad in the paper and find a replacement. I really doubt someone like her has a PhD in anything. She must be doing monkey work.

Wrong actually. It's seriously hard to find good people down there, esp good people that want to put up with the BS at her office. One of the last positions they filled there took like 5+ people before they found someone that would stay. And iir two of those people even walked off the job without a goodbye. It's the middle of bumfucknowhere pretty much. Anyone with at least half a brain had enough sense to leave town and go somewhere with more potential. That makes for some slim pickin's in Savannah. :fly: :pandora:

It sounds like they're going about it backwards. Instead of trying to find someone with superhuman bullshit tolerance they should be changing processes or policies to reduce the opressively high bullshit level.

Seriously tho, that's prolly not going to happen as long as the President dude is there. The precident has been set, so he will always expect his people to work that hard for so little. As long as he's got people like Blondie and JJ there that will pick up the slack he's not going to care.
