Pre-made dough to me is the same as buying from the freezer. I realize for perogies it means I could actually eat them again and just get rid of the onion, but I'd rather do from scratch which is the time consuming part.

I do load of doughs from scratch but some are more complicated than others. Kind of why I buy frozen tortellini instead of making it. Even working from home, I don't have time to do that a lot.

A talent I seriously lack - rolling dough. Planning to get a pasta machine soon to try it myself. I'm so bad with rolling dough that I make a "crepe" for manicotti when I make that instead of an actual shell.

Yeah it would - I just would rather make them totally from scratch and that part is time consuming. I want to try pasta first really because I love it a bit more. In the mean time I might look for dough to see if we have it near by.
