Something tells me that river will be flooding.

Of course it will. And some idiot will try to drive across it on one of the roads that goes through it and get stuck and will have to be rescued and his car will wash away.

I don't think the fall foliage will be decent this year. My state is 15" below normal rainfall for the year. The leaves are just dying now and turning brown. Only tips of some of the leaves turning color. :-/
