@fly whatever i had last march wasnt covid. Antibody test was negative
The governor announced this evening that once we get down to an average of 50 cases per 100,000 people and we maintain that average for a two week period all covid related health mandates will be lifted. We're at 170 per 100,000 at the moment. We were over 500 per 100,000 at the end of January.

Yikes.
50 is 6 times our "red" and "yellow" criteria for cases per 100k, where we get restricted to 25% indoor capacity (and of course, no indoor close contact stuff like dining, gyms, or w/e). Whether it fell in yellow or red would depend on the positivity rate of testing (>5% = red, < 5% = yellow).
