Fatty go Bye Bye

:wtf: Mich Ultra has all of 20 calories more per serving than vodka, then if you mix the vodka with anything non-diet you've blown that.

Yeah, Coke Zero may have no calories but that crap is way worse for you than beer.

Neither are "good" for you. That's not even a valid argument lol:. And Coke Zero has no carbs. So imo it's better than the beer. Theoretically, a person doesn't normally drink as many alcoholic beverages as they will beers. You have 8-10 "Drinks" as opposed to 24 beers.

And you can always just use cranberry or Orange juice w/your vodka. They have carbs but they are "good" carbs, not empty/starchy carbs.

And I will contend to the death that beer is far, FAR better for you than soda.

Why? Explain this to me.

I know of no one suffering from addition issues, liver disease, being overweight, or dying from drinking diet sodas throughout their lifetime .. yet, millions of people have all of those problems and more from having drank beer for a good portion of their lifetime.

That being said .. I'm not talking about someone going out and drinking 15 cans of diet soda in a day either. That's not good for your teeth.

I just ate a Baconator.
It was delish.

Just a guess, but I'm doubting that beer was those people's ONLY problem. :fly:

Assuming you have a healthy diet and get excercise, beer has at least been shown to have health benefits where soda has no value at all. All of those artificial sweeteners cause cancer, or are bad for your teeth. And who knows what long term effects the preservatives will have. :shudder:

Yet you're talking about the people who go out and drink 15 beers in a day as your comparison.

2 beers a day have been proven very good for your health. Not as much as red wine, but still there.

Do diet sodas have that in them?
