So today is the day that Bush is out and Obama is in. I wish Obama good luck because he needs it with the current state of the US.

Is anyone watching it today? My work has it showing on the big screen in one of our theaters. I'll probably not go.

I really thought about going to DC today to hang out and watch the human zoo. I simply couldn't think of a reason to go without a ticket to attend the ceremonies and they were extremely hard to get. DC has never seen anything like this though. It's insanity. Today is a good day to stay home and hibernate if you live in this area. This is insanity.

Keep in mind he's not the only President to leave basically hated. Look at Carter and Truman. Truman's approval rating was lower than Bush.

If Guantanamo does eventually go away it will just be replaced by a place that the public will never be told about. Those places unfortunately serve a purpose.
