Dinner Fixins

Last night I improv'd a vegan meal at the house I'm staying in. We had: sage and onion stuffing, spanish potatoes (boiled potato slices with oil and oregano on), roasted aubergine, pepper and courgette and then shallots in a white sauce with almonds and fake parmesan.

It was tasty. :drool:

I'm sure you've been asked this a hundred times, but I haven't heard the answer. If you're vegan, why do you eat things intended to taste like non-vegan things?
