It's expensive in the store. Just buy a pound of butter, melt it, and skim off the solids. Chill the leftovers and you've got ghee. Takes 10 mins tops.Don't know why honestly. I was just thinking that I make naan like every week so why don't I do it? The first time I made it, I just wanted a test run so I didn't care if I had it or not. Now we have it a ton. I'll have to consider making or buying (might not be any more costly to buy than make).
