You can find it just as easy as I can, but you are just as unwilling to do the work as I am. Personally, I don't care one way or the other. I grew up during that time. y'all were still kids, if even that.
What exactly are you arguing anyway? The strategy that was used to get to this point? You don't think it was tried 30 years ago a couple going into a clerk of courts to get a marriage license and was then denied was attempted? What strategy would you have used? What would you have done differently?
On the 10 year anniversary of gay sex being made legal, we get full marriage recognition by the federal government, and support from the president to work on states approving similar measures. I think that's fucking fast.

If it were, then everyone who lived in a certain time period would remember it exactly the same. This is not the case. You are viewing the past with your own bias, not objectively. As long as dbzeag realizes that just because one state says he's married still doesn't mean other states have to recognize that. The feds will, but other states don't have to. In states where same sex marriage is illegal it is still illegal.

Let me point out the stupidity of attacking someone who supports 'your side' of an issue because their inner narrative doesn't fall in lock step 100% with your own. That's not a way to keep support.
