Straight with gay sensibilities, similar to your own Zac. That's why they get along so well, very similar personalities and tastes. Scott is a 21st century man, fluid understanding and comfortable in his own skin and to hell with anyone who says otherwise. Quite honestly Zac and Scott should be models to other men, caring about others and with high levels of self confidence and awareness.

I can agree with the sexual eunuch. I am not that sexual myself. I talk a good game, but it's mostly for show. If one can find contentment in life sex and the pursuit of sex just complicates things.
 
There is no way he's gay because if he was, he could easily come out and be accepted without consequence. Matter of fact it would make his life EASIER if he came out and end this aimless teasing.

If he is actually gay, admit it and learn from his brother's mistakes. If he is a closet case, it's more psychologically damaging (clinically proven) to be closeted and then to add to that burden worry about his parents and of his brother. It's more toxic to lie to yourself and others. It's healthier to accept and learn and move on.

But since I only met the guy once, I have absolutely no idea what is running through his mind and can only speculate. I only offer my recommendation he be honest with himself and his family and let them worry about their reactions in how to deal with the news rather than him doing the censoring.
