2 people have the same experience, the same education. One person shares your interests, the other does not. Who do you think would fit your personality better meaning you'd be able to work with them?

Yes, get rid of the objective. In its place you can put a summary which is basically you selling your abilities to the company.

When I recruited in Guatemala, the applicants always put their picture on their resume. Totally different customs than here, made it hard to not discriminate and hire only hotties.
