Quilting Smoking

practically my entire extended family smoked. I grew up around it. when I got old enough to smoke and got addicted they all quit. fuckers

Seriously dude, if you can make the firsy week, youll be in good shape
First weeks the hardest

Last night, around 8, the constant physical stress I'd been dealing with since monday cleared. It was awesome. If I can make it to Sunday, I'm gonna be feelin' good about it.

The big test will be if I can do a bar night.

I tell you what though. This thing has been effin' with my sleep. Was in bed by 10, didn't crash until 1, up and down all night.

being weakened by lack of sleep doesn't make this easier.

i'm on my second day of quitting. if i hadn't been sleeping (well, laying awake) in someone else's bed last night i probably would have gotten up, driven to the store, and bought cigarettes.

even though I'm only a few days ahead, I wouldn't wanna be on day 2 again.

took my first chantix this morning.. smoked about 8 cigs today. down from double that. had a few moments where i felt like i was going to spontaneously combust and/or smash something. for real. fack, i hate this.

I haven't had one all day and I'm not even trying to quit. probably have one after I eat dinner in a bit.
