Darned right, I used the name for one of my kids.
That being said, naming kids is no longer an issue for me, been there, done that, done my time...this baby-making machine is done!

i have a nice solid foundation for either using my grandfather or my dad's name- henry or nicholas
Oooo, I like Nicholas.
I'd like to use my dad's name (Thomas), and IBWIP's dad's name (John) as well, but my sister might beat me to it. As a backup for a son we will use Samuel Adams. If we have a girl the name will include Taylor.

I always thought it had like perfect cadence. It also just works, sounds good but isnt weird or anything.
My wife would like for us to have a girl and name her Lyric. We're still negotiating on it, the baby not the name.

I don't plan on having kids but if it ever happened I'd name a boy Joseph Michael and a girl Lilly Lucille.
Joseph was my grandfather's name, Michael is both my bff's name and Ryan's middle name and Lilly... well... Lucille is my grandmother's name and I liked all of the L's
