I only cook recipes that take a total of 30 min or less. We aren't going to spend any longer eating it, so why spend more time cooking it.

allows water to flow down the plughole easily by raising and pots/plates off the bottom of the sink - no stagnation.
Have you tried Orange Chicken before? I still cant imagine putting orange rinds into my food but its so dam tasty!
My mom put 2 whole oranges in the turkey this year. I had never heard of that but it turned out delicious so I guess it works.

They are called aromatics and help to impart flavor into thy bird.

When I make chickens in my Weber smoker I shove cut fruit up it's ass to impart flavor.
Works well.
I put a can of beer up there, works great also.
