I only cook recipes that take a total of 30 min or less. We aren't going to spend any longer eating it, so why spend more time cooking it.

Have you tried Orange Chicken before? I still cant imagine putting orange rinds into my food but its so dam tasty!

My mom put 2 whole oranges in the turkey this year. I had never heard of that but it turned out delicious so I guess it works.

They are called aromatics and help to impart flavor into thy bird.

i do this when i do a roasting chicken or cornish hens in the crockpot. fscking tasty, it is
 
the title of this thread makes me laugh because i'd imagine i'm teaching an arab friend of mine how to "party" and he pronounces it "Pad Thai" with the space in the middle and all.
