Bacon

why don't you try putting a cup over the bacon? cup, bacon, cup. maybe that'd help keep it's shape? :eek:

edit...and then let it cool somewhat after taking it out of oven.

Great idea - I limited the drippings and flame in the baking sheet be micrwaving the bacon for 2 1/2 minutes to remove fat. this worked well and the bacon was easier to handle. Did you ever make Cheese salad bowls?they to are great.
 
they had thick cut semi-burnt bacon at the diner today to go along with my omelette...I was almost moved to tears :drool:
 
they had the thick cut bacon AGAIN! I begged the cook to keep ordering it...she loves me so it will probably happen :D
 
We bought some thick cut bacon at the grocery store this weekend.
They had several brands so I lined them all up to see which one was the thickest and bought that one.
