May not be able to get snipped, but you can get tied

If I could get snipped, I would.
It only gets harder the older you get. So if you ever think you might want kids, do it now when your body can recover faster. Also, the chances of any birth defects rise dramatically with age.

iirc, the age thing is more of a male problem than a female. I think by the time you're thirty, your sperm producing cells have divided 2-3 times. Much like in 6th grade, its the division that kills ya.
After 35, they do worry a lot about the female. One of my friends basically had to get ultrasounds on a weekly basis and a whole lot of other things just because she was older than that.

True, that counts as a difficult/high risk pregnancy. However, the increased risk of birth defects generally comes from old sperm.
All I know is that by the time I've kicked my kids out of the house, I'm still going to be young enough to enjoy the extra money I finally have cause the kids are gone.
which will be spent on the grandkids they will have before they leave the house.
Lower sperm count/quality, yes. The 'host' is more of an issue because the baby is growing inside of a body that may not be able to sustain a healthy baby.
edit: I guess its a toss up.
Mortality is the issue with older pregnant women (both mother and infant). However, genetic abnormalities come from Desslock's sperm. I think I remember reading that Down's skyrockets as men get older.
