I almost had an amazing job working for Radio Free Europe(just like the REM song) in Prague a few years ago but Trump cut off the funding. Painfully watched this dream job slip through my fingers. No taxes and 6 figure paycheck. Free flights home a few times a year. We went to Prague for 2 weeks to scope it out. (Best trip of our lives)

To complete the story, we would love to get the fuck out of this country as well.

I qualify in a couple ways for the top tier of their "wanted skills visa" so i might have a chance. But as much as america sucks, hopefully it will suck less in the upcoming future, because moving anywhere is a massive pain in the ass

I always think having high level qualifications gets you into most countries, if you're under 45/50 and have postgrads the world is pretty open.

I just think, "who would hire me over another European (or other country/continent)?" I only speak English and broken Spanish. My wife is the bilingual, multi-national person with all the degrees. She really should be paid more.

Anywhere honestly. Climate and language are a big factor for me. Barcelona would probably be my first choice. Great weather and beaches.

Estonia would be fine with me for a short period, but it is so far north that you end up having really short days. I'm ok with the cold. I just can't deal with short days.
