WTF Bad boys, Bad boys, whatcha gonna do

upstanding citizen in that video killed that guy then spit on him. Upstanding citizen got only probation.

The one landed the final punch got sent to juvie. The one who got probation was the one who spit on him.

I don't agree with the sentence but don't misrepresent the facts. MD courts are terribad.

Fucking Sheriffs. Should just close them down nation wide. Nothing but trouble.
Sheriff's are the same as cops. In some area they don't have police department, only Sheriff's Dept. People here greatly prefer the SHeriff's Dept., which is why the various cities keep shutting down their PDs and contracting the Sheriff's Office.

Maybe absorbing the Sheriff's Department into the county department could be . . .
You have this wrong. Sheriffs usually ARE the county presence and if anything replacing the frequently dirty city cops. Our county avoids much of the dirty shit by mixing them fuckers up on positions/posts on a regular basis.

State Trooper - has to qualify every year in most states, so you never see a fat one.
SHeriff's - qualify only once probably, other than gun skills or something new.
City cop - qualify once. City cops don't want to work for sheriff's or state. Too much like work.

Literally basic police city/town cops have to qual once. Troopers have continuing education reqs etc. NY troopers used to have a 5'10" height req. Sheriffs are all over the place because it depends on the sheriff.

Here in MI they occasionally prosecute an 11 year old as an adult. Last one I remember was some 11 yr. old shot a guy in the head and they tried him as an adult. He got out at 18, has since(now 32) been back in a few times. Damnit, he promised Oprah he was gonna commit his life to mentoring young people.

I've seen some shit in court here... Like in NY I almost caught a week in jail for my headlights being out. Here I've seen people steal hundreds of thousands of dollars and get stet. (Stet is the case is still there but the court isn't pursuing it)

I was a paralegal for 15 years - I seen shit that never hit the paper. Seriously sick stuff, one case in particular would make Trump and Epstein blush - no matter what THEY'VE done.

So all these cop shooting/hurting/attacking/whatever unarmed black men have one thing in common. Every single one of them disregarded the cops orders and didn't listen. If you comply then guess what they have no reason for force and will not shoot you.

Take for example this latest dude who got shot 7 times in the back. should the cops have used less lethal first yes but guess what if he complied none of that would have happened.

Don't even get me started on the people who bring up his kids and the cops didn't care about them. It was him who didn't give a shit about his kids. if you actually cared for your kids at all you wouldn't try to get into the vehicle while cops have guns pointed at you. It was him who risked his kids life.

DV cases are some of if not the most dangerous call for cops. If a cop tells you to do something and you refuse and go to a vehicle they are going to assume you are getting a weapon. Police aren't going to wait for you to get the first shot off it is that simple. just fucking comply

It is not in a cop's job description to be judge, jury, and executioner.

In fact, that's pretty much the extent of "not a cop's job".

sure, they will wait for you to slowly walk from one side of an SUV, around the front, to the other side, and open your door, all during which they could have attempted to use nonlethal force to detain him, but not one second more.
