NSFW The Exercise Thread

I know some of the dudes at the gym and they are always trying to get me to lift with them. They're pretty annoying. Always telling me I need to lift more. They are way stronger so they think I don't know what I'm doing and that I'm lifting light. It really makes for an annoying visit to the gym. I'm glad I'm going back to mornings next week.
I had same issue with my last workout partner - always trying to get me to press more. I had a shoulder injury years ago and it has been doing great(knocking on wood) so fuck that. I still kicked his ass on anything legs related :bast:

Irritating: when your workout partner won't just admit they are gay, which means it is pointless for you to give them a friendly wink/nod toward anyone in the room you think they should check out, in keeping with their inclinations. Discreetly of course. Dude above was in that category. No fun!

I would get a bar at my house but 95% of the time my workout is when I'm in town already and I'm 20 minutes from town. I've just had a weird schedule this week. I also like to work out around people because it makes me feel safer. And I have real friends at that gym, one who is about to start teaching yogo. I might have to try it out. Should be fun.

I've got a sweet jungle gym at the house with pull up bars and parallel bars that I can to bodyweight stuff with to get a full body workout.

I'm debating on whether I'm going to start deadlifting again. Bad backs run in the family. Apparently they're really good for your back but it just takes one time to fuck up a back permanently with bad form. The risk to reward ratio seems too high.

That was all kind of random. I hope you liked it.
I totally recommend the yoga.

Forcing yourself to track all your food is a fantastic way to lose weight.
It really is. The only thing that sucks about it is having to keep it up after you lose the weight, that or find some other way to keep your attention on portion control.

If you make it a religion, you're almost certain to keep the weight off.
Yeah but then you have a religion. I did it to lose weight and then stop. I think the biggest thing that keeps weight off for me now is declining free pizza and desserts because their not vegan. In a sense I'm a bit religious on that aspect but it's easier because no math.

I just loves my grammar in this post.

I'm in rough shape. I had to fast for a day and a half and felt terrible. I suppose if you do it enough one would actually feel better.
I hear a lot about how good people feel.
