Ontopic CBD/THC Thread

Who wouldn't take that gig? KISS was the reason I got into music. Started playing drums because of Peter Criss. Used to play along to KISS Alive! for hours. I'm not much of a fan of the current version of the band and I'm not forking out the money they're asking for on this supposed farewell tour that Paul Stanley will be lip synching on because his voice is completely shot but I've met Tommy 3 or 4 times over the past decade. Very nice humble guy and very gracious to his fans.

Being a little older, but also a KISS fan, I was able to tell that Peter was a good fit but he didn’t inspire me too much behind the kit (I was drumming for years before I heard of KISS).

KISS was outstanding prior to Rock and Roll Over, or that’s when I fell off the bandwagon anyhoo. Every now and then, I play the original C’mon and Love Me. Awesome shit.

Ooooh I loves me some CBD too!

Never understood the holier-than-thou Kiss bashing. It's not like they claimed to be some virtuoso geniuses or something. Simpler, catchy songs and they got a whole lot of people interested in playing music, and the stage performance/entertainment showmanship that comes with it.

I got Frehleys Comet tape and learned a bunch of that too.

Also, if you didn't know better you'd think this was a Rod Stewart song.

All those people that just ridicule Kiss for whatever reason could probably use a little CBD. Help calm their difficult emotions.

Paul Stanley actually wrote that song with the intention of giving it to Rod Stewart. When Eddie Kramer heard it he said fuck that, you guys are recording it and Peter with his raspy Rod Stewart like voice is going to sing it. #Oldschoolkissgeek

Peter actually had the best rock voice in that band.

Boy, did I take a fuckload of bong hits yesterday golfing.

Or you just stop at a USPO, throw it in a small Priority box and mail it to yourself.

Add - I would not trust that drug dog wouldn't smell out a CBD product - I can usually smell a hint of the terpenes (the aromatic stuff) and figure a dog would have no problem. Also wonder if dogs that sniff out guns might not be sort of cross-trained in sniffing out drugs, since so often they go together in the black market.

I so miss going to a dealer and feeling edgy - NOT!
There is no cross training. IIRC, the dogs aren't trained to detect more than like three smells. Also, TSA has no mandate to look for drugs, so its unlikely they would be found.

Agreed. It was just a side thought on dogs trained to sniff for guns might during the course of their work come to associate the smell of drugs with the smell of guns. Since many who deal drugs carry guns.

And on the TSA front, if you have Instagram and you aren't following the TSA, you're missing out.

Damn was that stupid. Double mylar bags, USPS, UPS or Fedex box. Paying with cash is an option.

I'm pretty sure they train daily, using those specific scents (not actual bombs or drugs). So it seems unlikely that dogs infer a hit from other scents.
