I'm sure it happens ALL the time. E.g. Someone hurts themself at home - say, falls off a ladder. They can limp around but really are in some pain and need to go get it checked out. Something about their job allows them to get in there and almost immediatly do something terribly clumsy. "How the fuck did they DO that?!" They may fire you but you still have a comp claim. Cha-Ching!

I love fixer uppers.
