FYI Net Neutrality has been repealed. Time to say goodbye to the internet

That they don't at this second doesn't mean that they won't in the future.
because that isn't happening RIGHT THIS SECOND, I'm a snow flake and the sky is falling

This whole creating demons so you guys can justify trying to make laws is ridiculously repetitive.

The internet was doing just fine up until the 2015 (2 whole yrs ago) obama power grab.

All we're doing is going back to the light touch regulations.

net neutrality has as much to do with 'neutral' as the affordable care act has to do with 'affordable' and 'care.'

One Universal Law is that the better the legislation sounds the worse it is

No, the internet was not fine.

A brief history of the violations of net neutrality that brought the legislation around the first time

You can go "light touch" all you want, but a power vacuum doesn't mean that the market will regulate itself, when the market is dominated by a single player in each locality.

I can't wait for you to talk about how history isn't indicative of the future. But hey, you support Tinkle-down tax policy too, so maybe logic and reasoning isn't your strong suit.

In fact, it would be completely foolish and short-sighted for ISPs to start immediately ratcheting up their violations of net neutrality, because then it would be trivial to show immediate harm which would allow a judge to stay the repeal until the lawsuits worked their way through the court system.

Why are you still talking about this with us? Seems you still don't understand tech anymore than when the FCC first enacted Net Neutrality.

Is that how the internet was so wildly successful up to 2015 ?
I addressed that all before.

Not that you paid any attention.

But hey, past performance isn't an indicator of future behavior, so clearly we should all just trust that Comcast, THE WORST COMPANY IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD, is going to do things different this time.
