We went out and picked nearly everything that was pickable. Only thing left are the dried Cherokee beans, and the sweet potatoes.

We harvested our sweet taters. This began as 12 sweet potato plants.

Seed starting mat on the bottom, bakers cooling racks on top of the mat, then the taters, all covered up with newspaper, leaving spots on the edge for it all to breath.

We’re also planning on mass producing some sweet tater tots and freezing them. Super easy and super fucking tasty.
