Trespassing, in the majority of states, is a misdemeanor. In those states it's a felony, the trespassing has to be included in some other criminal act in which the intent is to cause a felony. In all states to pull a gun on someone they have to at least be comitting a felony level crime. He, and you, had no reason to pull guns on anyone

You're only seeing half the problem. If you kick out the illegals while simultaneously cutting down and eventually eliminating welfare for the able-bodied, Presto!, Work that needs doing and people that need work. Put 'em together.

Yeah, "intent" can be a real bitch. How can one prove "intent"? How does one know, in the instant it's happening, someone's "intent"? How do cops show "intent"?

Everybody's a mind reader now, yaup, yaup.

You ever watched and heard an entire scene or "incident" happen, from beginning to end, where cops ended up being called, and then watched the cops separate everybody and "get their stories", especially if there's a larger group of aggressors (more people, more stories), against a lesser group (less people, less stories), and then go back and read the "police reports" from said incident and see how far away from the truth of the whole incident you just saw and heard they are?

They don't know what anyone's intent was, they just know whatever bullshit people at the scene told them. The more people lining up stories, the more stock they put in those stories, right or wrong.


If you put your weed in a few smaller bags instead of one large one does that mean you have "intent" to sell and distribute, or does it mean you don't like to keep all your weed in a single large bag 'cause it tends to get handled a lot and dries out and crumbles up and stuff?

Again, dude. No clue what you're talking about, or why you're talking about it. Is this some personal ax to grind or something?

Only reason I mentioned intent was to ensure I was correct in describing the level of criminality of the act of trespassing.

As for your idea that intent is mind reading, not really. Its fairly well spelled out in law.
