I have OCD that manifests mostly in the form of pathological grooming behaviors and intrusive thoughts, but I also dabble in crippling anxiety.

This is exactly me.

I don't like crowds, and sometime can become completely exhausted as soon as I am in a crowd. Severe introvertism.

I have no interest in chatting with people about random things. Anti Social

Sick of a lot of shit. Depression.

Crowds ... I hate crowds.
I become agitated and like you said exhausted trying to move through it.
Just being in the middle of one ...

I thrive on liveliness. The noise of outdoor music at night (festivals), people doing the same.

It all energizes me, makes me want to slam some tequila and jump in
