I just splurged on an Amazon Prime acct to cut down on shipping costs and to help with exchanging what doesn't fit (there's more to if a bra fits than just the size). I lucked out this last time I ordered that they all fit/works for me, but sometimes I will only have 2-3 bras at a time, and even with rotating them and only hand washing, they lose structural integrity within about 6 months and are useless by the end of the year.

Have you seen http://www.barenecessities.com/? I get a lot of bras there and often they do sales or free shipping. They also have free shipping via shoprunner if you have an Amex you get it free.

I am not a fan of VS. I remember their quality being better many moons ago, but like someone else said, unless their panties are on sale they are not worth the price.
 
I buy most of my bras from Gap Body as they carry a ton of small boob bras. Plus they are all cute bras that last in the wash.
