Well why the fuck would the US government fake 9/11? Name one good thing that happened to the US as a consequence of the subsequent war/occupation, that was worth the massive costs involved.

well defense contractors did make out like bandits and many of them have direct ties with politicians

however that was taking advantage of an opportunity that came about due to a situation out of anyone's control, not something more sinister. it's the same thing that's happened every time every single nation on earth has gotten into any way for the past couple thousand years. there were defense contractors when the romans sacked carthage, for fuck's sake

Yes, the government, collectively, is trying to screw the American people. When you get a government job they make you do a ceremony and swear a blood oath to the Chaos Gods to keep it all a secret.
