So what you are saying is that you want the state to pay you to drive a certain kind of car? Like a subsidy?
Trying to milk it for all I can honey. Just like everyone else...

Classic "fuck everyone but me" rightest mental illness. You do know you're trolling the issues of the right despite being a zillion miles from there? You do realize class warfare is being waged by the 1% but they are deftly pitting the middle class against the lower class? You are chasing a carrot that will never be reached with the delusion you might ultimately get there. You will not get there. Why have you not hoisted yourself up by the bootstraps and made your own multi-million dollar company yet? We're waiting! Shit's supposed to be easy with the slightest bit of gumption. That must mean you suck.
WAKE UP! /ratm
Yes, I'm aware of that dingus. Ever heard of a rebate?

You dont seem to understand how tax rebates work.
You owe taxes. Rebates are deducted from the money you OWE. Hence "In no event shall the amount of any of these tax credits exceed the taxpayer’s income tax liability. "
If you have ZERO TAX LIABILITY, you cannot claim a rebate.
What you want is called a SUBSIDY. "A subsidy is a form of financial or in kind support extended to an economic sector (or institution, business, or individual) generally with the aim of promoting beneficial economic and social outcomes."
Holy shit can you not read? All of the rebates for green vehicles only apply IF THEY ARE EQUAL TO OR LESS THAN YOUR TAX LIABILITY.They send you a rebate check dingus.

That means. IF YOU DONT OWE ANY TAXES, YOU DONT GET ANY REBATE.
Income tax rebates are usually put in to provide incentive to buy things since you are reducing your liability, e.g. you can pay $5000 to the state, or you can spend $5000 on a car. Either way you arent having the money given to you. You are just shifting where it's going. It's not money in your pocket. You could argue you are keeping the money since you are gaining an asset but the depreciation on hybird-electric cars is harsh, you are losing $5000 in resale as soon as you pick it up from the dealer.Grr what is your point with this image?
All that talk and not saying anything.
no one likes a kiss assOf course. Google just gives you a framework, it doesn't tailor the information to particular conversations.
Given the troubles I've had over the years with electrical things made by Nissan, I'm going to avoid the Leaf. Seems like they removed the only feature that Nissan can actually do right (an internal combustion engine).
Philosophically, is it really "free" if you have to spend your own time troubleshooting the bastard instead of just driving it, regardless of whether you qualify for some kind of income tax reduction?
