Food UF Christmas Food - 'IF' you have time. . .

I couldn't simply say one. I love stichelton ( yes stichelton not stilton), yarg, roncal, feta, brie of course, tomme de savoie. If I could only ever eat one it would be either stichelton or the savoie.
A blue cheese, eh? I too like to live dangerously.

thin thin toast, good blue chz, & some really good thick balsamic drizzled on it.
I love balsamic! It goes on almost everything I make. :fly:

Honey is RIDICULOUS on blue cheeses. The sweet with the bitterness... wooweee. OH OH OH you may like this. I usually get green apples, slice thin long ways, the on top spread a mixture of blue cheese, honey, and dried cranberries. Unf. I may have to make that for xmas.

My christmas dinner is pretty much always the same - a prime rib roast, with a garlic and rosemary crust.

That sounds good. I bet @Coqui would love it.

Flan is in the oven. Actually got pics on my real camera of caramelizing sugar. Came out kind of cool!

Awesome.

Mine is gonna be a traditional newfoundland turkey dinner with salt beef. Turkey's thawing now, getting brined tomorrow.
