Advice Xmas Beer for Dick Creek Brewery

Pine you associate with IPAs because it pairs so well with hops, and stouts with Christmas. Not so sure a pine stout would be good.

right....so you're only doing one Christmas brew...and it has to be a stout?

make a pale with a hint of pine, too

I had some Great Lakes Elliott Ness Amber Lager a couple nights ago. Damn good! I have a few more in the fridge I must consume before camping!
