What does the "sv-SE" mean?
It is the user locale setting. (I am not entirely sure [the specs regarding Mozilla/Firefox' UserAgent are very unclear about this field] if in the case of Mozilla/Firefox whether this refers to the application's language or the user's locale settings - if the former, then what I have is misconfigured by me)

sv: the ISO 639 language code for Swedish
SE: the ISO 3166-1 country code for Sweden

That field has disappeared for some reason from the Windows version of Firefox' UserAgent string. And it is pretty much redundant as the preferred language data is specified in the HTTP headers anyways.
