I made some fresh pasta last night, cut into pappardele. Pasta tastes so much better when you make it yourself

It takes about 5 minutes to make the dough, then you rest it for a half hour, then roll sheets and cut. Rolling and cutting takes about 5 minutes for enough pasta for two. I usually use all purpose flour and eggs only. Whole wheat changes the ratio of flour to eggs a bit.
