Tonight I am cooking boneless chicken breast with mushrooms, onions, rosemary and tomatoes with basmati rice.

It will be ready in about 10-15 minutes
 
Grilled Pork tenderloin w/ balsamin honey mustard glaze, basmati rice and peas.


Then I made a big batch of jerk sauce for this weekend
 
Stir fry, didnt have nay vegetables except bell peppers though so it was more like bell peppers chicken and rice.
 
last night we had tricolor rotini with turkey meatballs in tomato sauce and a big garden salad.
this morning i made pancakes, they were quite awesome.
this afternoon we're going to a local food/wine shindig.
tonight: hibachi!
