what is the most important

i have always hated golf until recently. now i'm kind of intrigued by it and wonder if i'd be any good at it. i want to learn it now. grrr.

As a new resident in America, I'm slowly learning what your medical system is all about!! I am AMAZED at how this works!! Coming from Canada an all...

My heart really goes out to people who have no medical insurance and are living on a certain income... seriously!!

I can say, with a fairly high level of surety, that I would argue pretty much anything just for the pleasure of pissing off the people on the other side of the table.

I dont believe that is what she meant. People on a 'certain' income have recourses. People who have medical insurance are usually required to pay high premiums for insurance that frequently denies procedures AND pay for the 'less fortunate'.

I'm not puffy or flaccid. Actually I golf Hunter Army Airforce base here in SAV which is a way different arena than public or private clubs :D (it's way cheaper too)

ahh, well either way, the medical system is one that makes my head spin. I don't even wanna know how much Josh has to pay for our insurance.

And I thought Canada's system sucked :rolleyes:
 
It does. If I didn't have awesome health insurance from work (working for doctors kinda helps...) then I'd much rather pay for my own insurance than get crappy treatment for free in addition to being forced to pay for god knows how many people leeching off the state. I can see a doctor for virtually any condition, from migraines to IBS to fucking cancer, within a week or two at the most. I don't think I'd see that up there.

edit: not to mention the fact that the only reason Canada's medications are so cheap are because the pharmaceutical companies make up the difference by charging US customers a hell of a lot more than the drugs would cost otherwise
