Vegas Meet October 2007??

It's actually the same cost as the Atrium Suites one.

Ryan and I were just in vegas in December and we went all out with the nice room. After getting over the original  of the room we pretty much determined that the next time we go to Vegas and stay on the strip we'd stay at Hooters. For us it would be the best idea because it's not as spendy, it's still relatively new so it's not old and busted, and it's close to all of the things we would want it to be close to.

But that's just us ;) It's your anniversary and if you want to get your kinky on in a suite room (lol) then maybe Hooters isn't for you. But do take a look at how far it is from the strip, those maps make things seem a lot closer than they actually are and it looks like you may be doing a lot of walking or cabbing.

I'd still bring it either way. Taking a gun with you on an airplane as baggage is easy. It's taking it on your person in an airplane that's slightly more complicated.

That was just a general question, not about the gun in particular. And my comment before was because I didn't know Florida would honor your permit.

[dysfunctional]For someone who works in law you surely are not very well versed in legal issues.[/dysfunctional]

:fly: :haaay:

Nah, I wouldn't expect most people to know things like that. It's the type of knowledge that only people who it applies to would bother to learn (in this case, me).

But how are the hotel rooms? I don't mind staying in the cheaper hotels, but since this is for our anniversary I want it to be a little nicer. (No I don't mind that it's Hooters).

Boobs and chicken wings, what's not to like?

I was there last september.

Listen to these words carefully.

THERE WERE MOSTLY MALE DEALERS IN THE HOOTERS CASINO AND THE WOMEN DEALERS WERE NOT DRESSED IN HOOTERS ATTIRE.

Strike one.

THE RESTAURANT DID NOT HAVE CHICKEN WINGS ON THE MENU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seriously, wtf. Strike two.

THE PLACE WAS SMALL, OUT OF THE WAY OF THINGS, AND BORDERING A NOT SO NICE AREA.

Strike three.

Do not go to the hooters casino/hotel. You will be disappointed, I garuntee it.

Wanna change it to next month? The burgers are going to vegas over easter weekend :(

We're about to book (probably this weekend) and we can't decide between staying at the Bellagio or the Aladdin.

Really? Why so? (I'm not doubting you just curious)

Friends of ours stay at the Aladdin all the time and they said it's great. It's only a difference of maybe $50 between the two, so price isn't the deciding factor there.

The last time I went we stayed at the Aladdin. The room sucked and the service sucked. I hear its been redone since then, but I'd never stay there again.
