Find out if/when there is a hearing, or how you can present your counter info. I'd call them first thing on Tuesday to get the full details of what actions you can or are able to take.

If that's the case, I was under the impression that it's far too late for them to make any dispute now.

Unless MI has some fucked up rule, they can't reclaim funds. In FL, if they don't dispute before the first payments, iirc, they are sol.
