I still dont understand my girlfriends fear of mice. It makes no sense. Theyre fuzzy and harmless, albeit dirty little shits.

yep, more of a root cellar than a basement. Low ceiling, stone walls, only a 12 by 12 of walkable space then the rest is crawlspace.
