For those that don't know, if you think a thread sucks. Vote it closed, by clicking the thread rating, as seen below:
When I have time, you'll be able to vote them back open too...
btw, as it stands now, it takes a minimum of 5 votes and and average rating of 2.
Additions:
* you can no longer rate your own thread.
* you can no longer rate sticky threads.
