We have a fucking fantastic vet who charges way too little. We always leave thinking they didn't charge us enough.thats a cheap vet. All the ones around here would be 250-300 for that same kinda work.

Agreed. It's so fucking cheap, especially considering what we pay for the same service if we didn't have insurance.Same here. People told me it was expensive but I think it is more than reasonable for quality care. I hate when people let animals suffer because they think its expensive.
For example, our vet charges $8 for antibiotics. And only charges us the office fee about 50% of the time. It's awesome, but I would gladly pay double for the level of care that we get from them.We have a fucking fantastic vet who charges way too little. i can fly our cat down to see your vet cheaper than our vet locally probablyFor example, our vet charges $8 for antibiotics. And only charges us the office fee about 50% of the time. It's awesome, but I would gladly pay double for the level of care that we get from them.
Yesterday, biopsy confirmed as aggressive oral cancer. Now we play the waiting game.

Took the friendly barn cat to the vet today for shots and exam. It is a she, about 2-3 years old, 11.4lbs!! She got rabies, distemper, and feline leukemia vaccinations. Also treated ear mites and topical treatment for all parasites. Learned something new, No more oral medication for killing worms, amazing! She's in good health. $165 bill
No signs of the other very feral barn cat in past two weeks. Not sure if it made it through the cold weather we've had recently (0F most nights, not including wind chill). I see lots of footprints in the snow but that could be the friendly cat or my neighbor's cats coming to steal food in the barn grrrrr.
Now I need to choose an appropriate name. She's a bit of a ninja, climbs up the wall into the 2nd floor hayloft that I closed the ladder off.
a cat over 10 lbs is something to be wary about

Im not even in character & I still want to tell you to gfy
What's stopping you?
