I've had my Om chants playing as nice background music in the house, they really curb my anxiety... and thank god for Kiko.
I'm having trouble eating. Not cuz of my health issues, but cuz this situation.. I'd post about it here but it's too awful and personal.. but I could really use 3 little percs right about now..

Tomorrow I'm having lunch with a friend who's a very spiritual person and I love her aura.
I need to surround myself with positive people
