dude day 27?!? that's awesome! you've made it so far! almost a whole damn month. I know that can't have been easy, I'm proud of you, babe

if you don't have an appetite, just set a couple of scheduled times to have your smoothies or whatever, just to make sure you're still having something even though you're not really craving it.
