Oh THAT Disney.I went from a high of 110 at home to a high of 78 in California. It has been absolutely beautiful.

FUCKING FEELS GOOD MANRan in the biggest 5k in the area today. Finished in 24:46, by far my personal best time! My goal was to be under 27 minutes. Now ima get drunk!
What the hell are you doing, Exodus from Egypt?According to my phone I’ve walked 20 miles and climbed 171 flights of stairs in the last two days. It’s showing a few miles less than my husband’s Apple Watch so it’s likely even more than that. We’re gonna see if we can make it to 30 today.
I won't stop until my old joints start breaking down. Good for you getting back out there!FUCKING FEELS GOOD MAN
I ran 1.8 without stopping yesterday... I've been outta commission after surgery and finally got clearance to start running again.
...and omg never stop running once you start. It's so easy to lose everything you've worked towards.
You and I are pretty much 5k buddies then, as my PR is right around there, only you took twice as many steps with those little legs. Nice fucking work man!!!Ran in the biggest 5k in the area today. Ran one this morning in 70% humidity and wanted to die. Ugh. Our 5k season is just getting started here.Ran what might be my last 5k of the year today. Finished in 26 minutes and was second in my age group. Pretty happy with my races this year.
I still may do one here or there but it's all weather permitting. Today's race was a beautiful fall day in a local park. All the leaves are changing color. It was pretty cool.Ran one this morning in 70% humidity and wanted to die. Ugh. Our 5k season is just getting started here.
That is pretty dang neat. Our favorite here is an early morning run next to the water where we can watch the sunrise.
