And after throwing the turkey in at 10, I didn't have to start cooking until 11:30. I was worried that the gravy wouldn't be good. Since I made it ahead of time, I didn't have the drippings. It didn't matter. The giblets were enough. It was perfect.Yaup, everything was fabulous.
