Food ThanksGiving (US) Thread - Whos dong is what and where?

We choose smoked turkey legs and thighs and oven roasted breast. I'm not a big fan of frying in general. I support other people's decisions to do it though. We are also having asparagus and hollandaise, chipotle sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, roasted parsnips, homemade rolls, pumpkin cheesecake, and apple pie.

Turkey is in the roaster, ham is in a slow cooker, flan and pies are all done, potatoes will be peeled soon. Life is good.
 
We ate at 5pm. Me niece and Luis' parents eat at 5 so we did. Lots of food. Tomorrow we get more food for the kiddo's surprise birthday
 
Yaup, everything was fabulous.
And after throwing the turkey in at 10, I didn't have to start cooking until 11:30. I was worried that the gravy wouldn't be good. Since I made it ahead of time, I didn't have the drippings. It didn't matter. The giblets were enough. It was perfect.
