That's a chicken blocker. Ed is probably responding to the five string Rickenbacker stuff from yesterday or the day before.
The plastic on their pedals feels weak. I got old Arion pedals that are also plastic but still feel like they'll hold up underfoot, and they have.
Knowing Eddie, he's still answering questions from TB years ago.
I have a Arion distortion pedal from God knows when. All plastic. Sounds ok. The battery cover broke. Other than that, feels solid.

I used to (verbally) bash that Dano short scale I was talking like it was the cheapest piece of shit ever conceived whenever anybody asked about Danelectros but sometimes now I kinda want one. Nothing else sounds like that.

There were several models, a long scale and a short scale. I think the short scale only had the neck pickup.
