We don't really have any natural disasters on a regular basis. They keep telling us we are going to have a major earthquake one day, but it hasn't happened yet, heck, the state barely gets minor ones. Although when Yellowstone erupts, we'll be disintegrated, but at least we won't feel anything.

That's NYC and other areas far south, I'd be overjoyed if it were no longer attached to the rest of the state.

Snow storms are minimal, 3ft at a whack isn't a big deal - you stay home for a couple of days, and where I am we're sheltered from the big ones.

Ice storms, again not a big deal, so you lose power *shrug*
